Reasons

Reasons why I hate being fat:

1. People can hear me breathing across the room.
2. Uncertainty about my expiration date.
3. First impressions.
4. Having to sit down to tie my shoes.
5. Fat clothes are ugly.
6. Infertility.
7. Restaurant booths.
8. Toilets that are just a tad to close to the wall.
9. Tucking in my shirt.
10. Chub Rubs (Chafing).
11. Stairs.
12. Feeling that no matter what I am eating, other people are thinking, “No wonder.”
13. Not fitting.
14. Plane seats.
15. Getting winded while putting on my pants.
16. The permanent indention in my box spring.
17. Slowly sitting down for fear of breaking a chair or splitting my pants.
18. Being food’s bitch.
19. Sore feet.
20. Under-belly sweat.
21. Man boobs.
22. Having little sausage links for fingers.
23. Not being able to lay on my back.
24. Diabetes.
25. Picturing myself as thin and then looking in the mirror.
26. Seeing the blob of flesh that is me when I am naked.
27. Having my son pat or poke my stomach
28. 4X
29. Being out of place with my skinny family
30. Life wasted. I’ve been fat for years and years.

Those are good reasons. Looking at your list, I can relate to 17 of those reasons. I am on Sparkpeople too.

Just wanted to stop by and let you know that I am still keeping track of your progress. I just returned from Fort Eustis and haven’t been on your website for a couple of weeks. Glad to see that you are still progressing. Keep it up. You are my motivation.
